LIABILITY POLICY

We do our best to keep your balloons and treats safe and secure during production & during our service hours. Once your items have been picked up and/or delivered, we’re no longer liable on damaged, popped, deflated, stolen, or destroyed products including treats. PLEASE HANDLE YOUR ITEM(S) WITH CARE. MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO BRING THE ITEM(S) INSIDE. NEVER leave your balloons and treats in a hot car; balloons will pop and treats will get damaged. Keep sharp objects away from your balloons.

TURNAROUND TIME

All products listed on our website will be ready by the following business day, if placed by 2pm PST. All orders placed after 2pm PST will be ready in 2 business days. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to meet your deadline.
