Return Policy

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Pretty Chic Party purchase. Should any item fail to meet your expectation, please contact us at contact@prettychicparty.com to obtain a return authorization form.  Please be sure to include your order number. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.

We gladly accept unused and unopened merchandise to be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Make sure return item(s) are shipped in a secure box, as damaged item will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 You may exchange your items but please be aware that customers are responsible for all re-shipping fees.

 We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged and will exchange it for the exact same item(s). You must send a photo of the defective item(s) to prettychicparty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Once we reviewed the item(s), we will send an email approving the exchange.

If you receive the incorrect product(s), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Sale items are final and are non-refundable.
