LIABILITY POLICY

We do our best to keep your balloons and treats safe and secure during production & during our service hours. Once your items have been picked up and/or delivered, we’re no longer liable on damaged, popped, deflated, stolen, or destroyed products including treats. PLEASE HANDLE YOUR ITEM(S) WITH CARE. MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO BRING THE ITEM(S) INSIDE. NEVER leave your balloons and treats in a hot car; balloons will pop and treats will get damaged. Keep sharp objects away from your balloons.

TURNAROUND TIME

All products listed on our website will be ready by the following business day, if placed by 2pm PST. All orders placed after 2pm PST will be ready in 2 business days. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to meet your deadline.

PICKUP

6 days a week - Tuesday - Sunday

Pickup is available in Troutdale. At checkout, you'll be prompt to schedule your pickup date and time. Your item(s) will be ready at your designated pickup time. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to ensure the availability of your optimal pickup time.

 DELIVERY

2 days a week - Sat & Sun ONLY from 9AM-3PM

$15 delivery fee on all orders.

Delivery is available in the Portland Metro area. We make deliveries within 20 miles of our location. Please view zip codes below for eligibility. Addresses outside of our 20 mile radius are welcome to pickup orders during business hours in Troutdale.

Deliveries are routed based on the most efficient route. At this time, we CANNOT scheduled a delivery time.

Please be aware that we CANNOT deliver to hospitals, nursing and retirement homes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure someone is home to receive the balloons and treats to bring them inside. We are not liable for any damaged products left outside.

Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Never leave your balloons in a hot car, it will pop! Balloons may shrink in cold weather, but will reinflate in warmer room temperature. Direct sunlight and wind can cause damage to your balloons. It's best to keep your balloons indoors.

HELIUM FILL:

• Foil/mylar Balloons - Lasts 3-4 days
• Latex Balloons - Lasts 8-10 hours

AIR FILL:

• Latex and foil/mylar Balloons - Lasts 1-2 weeks

WARNING

Children under 8 years of age can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can easily be changed or cancelled within 72 hours before the scheduled deliver/pickup date. After this period has passed, the order becomes FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE due to the fact that Pretty Chic Party has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production, and reserving delivery/pickup slot.
