LONGEVITY & BALLOON CARE
Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment and handling. Never leave your balloons in a hot car, it will pop! Balloons may shrink in cold weather, but will reinflate in warmer room temperature. Direct sun and wind can cause damage to your balloons. It's best to keep your balloons indoors.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final and non-refundable 24 hours after payment is processed.
Delivery and pickup time can only be modified based on availability.
WARNING
Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

All products listed on our website will be ready in 4 business days. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to meet your deadline.

Once your item(s) have been picked up and/or delivered, we’re no longer liable on damaged, popped, deflated, stolen, or destroyed products including treats. PLEASE HANDLE YOUR BALLOON(S) WITH CARE. MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO BRING THE BALLOON(S) INSIDE. NEVER leave your balloon(s) in a hot car, it will pop! Keep sharp objects away from your balloon(s).

Pickup is available in Troutdale, OR. At checkout, you'll be prompt to schedule your pickup date and time. Your item(s) will be ready at your designated pickup time. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to ensure the availability of your optimal pickup time.
DELIVERY
Sat & Sun's ONLY from 9-2PM
Delivery is available in the Portland Metro area. We make deliveries within 20 miles of our location. Please view zip codes below for eligibility. Addresses outside of our 20 mile radius are welcome to pickup orders during the week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat, & Sun).
We CANNOT scheduled a delivery time nor can we deliver to hospitals and nursing homes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Important: Please make sure someone is home to receive the balloons and bring them inside. We are not liable for any damaged balloons left outdoors.
